We have a proven track record of getting young cricketers to Zonal and County level and beyond. By making the coaching fun and rewarding we believe we can take the talent in a player and develop it to their greatest potential.

Damian who is a former Gloucestershire CCC professional cricketer (2000-01) and was part of the most successful squad winning 3 trophies in one season! Damian also represented Glamorgan CCC (2002), ECB U19s (1999) against Pakistan U19s whilst also winning the Daily Telegraph Fast Bowler in 1997 and a 2 week trip to the MRF Pace Foundation in India with Australian pace bowlers Dennis Lillee and Geoff Thompson.
Benjamin Parker started with DFCA as a local cricketer playing for Winterbourne Cricket Club when he was just 10 years old and came through the DFCA coaching courses, and 121s before going on to represent Gloucestershire Young Cricketers at all county age groups from under 11's - Under 18s as a succesful off spin bowler/ top order batter Benjamin has also been a major part for his local club Winterbourne CC playing through all the age groups and going on to play for the first Xl gaining promtion from WEPL Div 3 to WEPL Division 2 and opens the batting and continues to mesmerise batters to date with his off spin.
Benjamin has an ECB level 2 coaching qualification whilst of late achieving a First Class Hounors Degree in sports coaching at the University of Gloucestershire. Benjamin brings with him his infectious energy and enthusiam to his coaching and cant wait to pass on his knowledge and experience to all cricketers of all levels.
DFCA was established in 2003 with cricket parties and is now working with some of Bristol, South Gloucestershire's, and Stroud biggest private schools. We also work in partnership with Bristol Youth Cricket League, and Gloucestershire County Cricket Club to run thier commercial coaching for children to adults from the Cricket Centre County Ground, Bristol.
