Delivery & Returns Information
Orders for Clubs
Once your order has been placed in the 3 ordering windows asstated on the website page for your club and below
1st window February 1st - March 18th 2016 delivery for start of season
2nd window march 19th - April 15th for may delivery
3rd window 16th April - May 13th for June delivery
all orders will be processed on the cut off date and will be subject to 2/3 week lead time and will rely on available stock and size of product required
Orders Made after this point are accepted but may incur a longerwaiting time depending on the time of year and orders being placed by DFCA
We offer two delivery options.
Click and Collect - we offer free delivery to the club on a setday and time agreed by DFCA and the customer.
Home delivery - For a small fee, we also offer delivery to yourdoor through Parcel Force where a signature will be required
Clothing & Equipment
Once your order has been placed and we have look to deliver within a 10 – 15 working days as we may have to order your item/s from our supplierif we do not have this in stock
Click & Collect available from the County Ground Bristolfrom DFCA on pre arrangement by phone or email
Home delivery also available through Parcel Force at a small fee
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items this can be done with priorarrangement by email or phone or by sending it back through the post to us atDFCA
We believe in excellence and high quality in our sportswear andequipment. For this reason, we will exchange any items you believe to besubstandard if there was a fault from purchase, or if you have selected theincorrect size.
Items can be returned if you decide you don't need them or theydon't fit for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the order beingdispatched. In order to guarantee that your return is handled efficiently,please ensure that the returned goods include any accessories, tags andpossible extras. We cannot accept items that have been worn beyond being tried on.
If you wish to return your item, please send us an email to letus know, we will then confirm the item(s) you wish to return. Please then putthe product(s), in its original packaging, and return via post/ parcel force orarrange a time to meet with DFCA. Once we receive the product(s), we will thenprocess a refund to your card as soon as possible. If you then require anotheritem as a replacement, please reorder through our website in the normalmanner.
